The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. They allowed me to store my camping trailer in the garage and even let me leave it there after I had checked out because of my late crossing on Eurotunnel. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch and the location close to Eurotunnel made it very convenient for travel.

This hotel just met the minimum requirements. the bed was relatively comfortable and the room seemed clean enough. the location was also good since we were close to a grocery store and some restaurants.
The negatives far outweighed the positives. First of all, we visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays, and the staff did not seem to be in the holiday spirit.

The hotel allowed dogs which was great. Another thing I liked was that the staff were really helpful and friendly. they let us store our camping trailer in the garage which was very convenient.
I didn't find anything particularly negative about this hotel during my stay. All in all, it was a comfortable and clean hotel that met my needs.
